What and why
A More Integrative Approach in Healthcare Settings
With a background in hospital pharmacy, this work is rooted in a deep understanding of clinical environments and the evolving needs within healthcare systems. It responds to a growing interest in more integrative and complementary approaches to care.
Consulting focuses on supporting healthcare institutions in developing and implementing integrative health projects. This includes areas such as clinical aromatherapy, non-pharmacological pain management, and approaches that complement existing medical practice.
Projects are designed in collaboration with healthcare teams, ensuring that each initiative is adapted to the specific context and practical constraints. The aim is to integrate these practices in a structured and coherent way within clinical settings.
Support is also extended to healthcare professionals, with initiatives that address both physical and mental well-being. This contributes to more sustainable working conditions, improved resilience, better daily balance and a more balanced approach to care overall.

The principle of integrative health is to offer a “tailor-made” approach, 100% adapted and personalized, focused on the global needs of your body and the implementation of strategies that make it stronger. The short-term goal is to achieve better physical and mental well-being, more energy, and better health. In the long term, integrative health will allow you to maximize your health capital, gain vitality, and have a real impact on well-being and healthy aging.
Almost all aspects and problems can be addressed integratively. However, only your doctor can make a medical diagnosis. I do not intend to diagnose or treat pathologies. Health support is complementary and does not replace the necessary medical consultations.
Everyone! From 0 to 117 years old, athletes or not. Each age, gender, and person faces their own challenges or problems. The only prerequisite: the desire to adopt a healthier lifestyle and be accompanied on this journey.
Since the sessions are fully personalized, there is no single format, but several formats according to your needs. Sometimes, it is possible to answer a specific question in 30 to 45 minutes, with a single meeting being sufficient. Other times, more in-depth exploration is needed, and in this case, a session can last up to two hours and require follow-up until we reach the established goals. There may also be occasions when we move from theory to practical workshops at your home to apply these recommendations in daily life.
Meetings must be canceled 48 hours in advance. Any meeting not canceled within this period will be considered due.
An integrative health approach is often perceived as expensive, as it requires a real personal investment in time and money. However, the expected benefits of this investment can be considerable in the short, medium, and long term. In addition to consultation costs, there are often associated costs, such as the need for phytotherapy or micronutrition supplements. Furthermore, since lifestyle is one of the therapeutic axes, you may consider purchasing sports equipment, gym subscriptions, or Pilates, yoga, etc., classes.
Specific “packages” may be offered depending on the case (Youth, Families, Seniors, Chronic Diseases).
The benefits can be observed at different levels:
- Patients: better consideration of their needs and well-being. More holistic care to which caregivers adhere.
- Caregivers: taking care of the psycho-emotional well-being of caregivers, to ensure a good quality of life at work and avoid burnout.
- Institution: aligning with the health of tomorrow and offering comprehensive patient care.
Each case is unique, and we need to assess the issue and the time required. We will present you with a budget tailored to your needs.
